Ex-RNLI 1007 George Urie Scott/Blue Highlander

Built by Groves and Gutteridge, of the Isle of Wight, in 1969 and now privately owned, this Solent Class all-weather self-righting lifeboat was present at the Gothenburg lifeboat gathering on 2 June 2007.
Steel hull, aluminium superstructure.Length 48 ft 6 in (14.78 m), beam 14 feet (4.27 m), draught 4 ft 7 in (1.40 m), displacement 14.19 tons, speed 9 knots, 2 x 110 hp Gardner diesel engines driving 2 propellers. Fuel capacity 1,060 litres. Crew of 7.

1969-1979 Lochinver, Scotland
1979-1984 Rosslare Harbour, Republic of Ireland
1985-1989 Lochinver again
1989-1990 RNLI Relief Fleet.

did this boat ever visit Cardigan Bay in Wales during the mid 90s? I have a feeling I may have seen it there, if not it was a very similar class boat and similar livery.
