Eduard Melin - now a cafe at Klippan, Gothenburg

Built by Göteborgs Mekaniska Werkstad (later Götaverken) between 12 October 1881 and 5 May 1882, hull no. 85.
Length: 65 feet, Beam: 16 feet, Waterline length: 61 ft 8 in.
Displacement: 1,434 cu. ft.
The Eduard Melin was ordered by Göteborgs Hamn (the Gothenburg Harbour Authority) to be used as a tug in Gothenburg's oldest deep-water harbour at Kustens Varv/Klippens Ångbåtsbrygga (Kustens shipyard/Klippan steamboat pier).
She is now the oldest preserved Gothenburg-built vessel in the city, and still in daily use as a cafe, although permanently moored.
