This vehicle and cargo ferry eas built at Åsiverken in Åmål in 1969 as Nordö II for the Öckerö service to Rörö. In 2000 she was taken over by Vägverket (the Swedish Roads Administration) and bought by the current owners Styrsöbolaget in 2005. She was rebuilt during the winter of 2005-6 to be a combined car and cargo ferry, with covered space for cargo and a refrigerated room for food products. Loaing and unloading are by fork lift truck via a bow ramp.
Length: 30.03 m, Beam: 8.57 m, Load capacity: 89 tons. Powered by an 850 hp (626 kW) Caterpillar 3512 diesel engine driving an adjustable propeller and max. speed 11.5 knots.
