Photographed next to Skandiahamnen, Gothenburg on 1 July 2008.
SKV stands for Sjövärnskår, which is a kind of Home Guard for Sweden, training young people in seamanship and also to become future Naval officers.
I believe this boat is the type referred to as Tpbåt S. (Transport boat type S).
