Motorboat Sea Express moored at Flam Pier Norway. It has two blue lights, so might this be a police boat? May 2010

I think that this is the "school boat". It runs Monday to Friday leaving at 06.45 or 07.40 to Sogndal for pupils of Sogndal Upper Secondary School. It returns in the afternoon.
Not a police boat, but could certainly be a "school boat". If that is the case, it will probably be used by the police if necessary - or other rescue services. Hence the blue lights.
