Your Boat Photos

I am not proficient with sailing (had a motor boat myself) but she seems to be at 90 degrees angle with the wind here (looking at the crest of the waves)... not making much speed then?

This called "reaching" and there is quite a lot of forward movement of the boat due to the shapes the sails take up - especially the curve of the jib (foresail).
