b&w photo of the Seoint II, what looks to be a small tug.
Photo is part of a collection I purchased, unfortunately I don't know much on this particular boat. Photo could be taken in Preston or Fleetwood as many of the other photos in this collection were taken there. Year is a calculated guess too.
